We started receiving candidates from East Africa in the year 2006 and started formation for religious life. At present we have 12 finally professed sisters, 33 temporarily professed sisters, and 40 candidates at various stages of formation.

Our Founder Venerable Bishop Thomas Kurialasserry was a man of clear vision for the formation of the SABS Congregation. He exhorted, “since the future of the congregation depends on the quality of its members, care must be taken in recruiting and giving formation to its members”.
